We collect information you submit through forms on this site (name, business name, email address, phone number and any additional details you provide). We also collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, to improve the site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule demo calls, provide our services and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our services, for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, SMS delivery, calendar scheduling and CRM. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Leads and messages captured by a GRIT-built website belong to the customer whose site collected them. GRIT processes this data on that customer's behalf to deliver the service and does not use it for unrelated purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, Digital Business Development Service LLC d/b/a Grit Systems may send special offers, discounts and service updates. If you separately opt in to non-marketing messages, we may send messages about your inquiry, demo scheduling, appointment reminders, onboarding, account updates and support.
