How does the Grit review system work?

After a job is completed, your customer gets an automated review request by text. Customers who choose four or five stars are sent to your Google profile to publish a public review. Ratings below four stars go to a private feedback form that comes straight to you so you can respond. Requests and reminders only go to genuine customers, and it is included in the $295 per month Grit Contractor System.
