How does Grit Systems work?
You request a 15 minute demonstration, sign up and pay the first $295, then complete a short onboarding form. Grit builds the website and configures your business number, CRM, pipeline, automations and review routing, tests it all, and launches it. The standard target is 7 to 10 business days from receiving your information. After launch you get web and mobile access, and Grit keeps hosting, maintaining and supporting the system every month.

Sign up and pay the first $295
Your first monthly payment is collected at signup. No setup fee and no long term contract.

Complete the onboarding form
Your services, service areas, logo, photos and business details. This is the step that starts the delivery clock.

We build the website and configure the system
Pages, forms and chat are built, and your local business number, CRM, pipeline, automations and review routing are set up behind it.

We test the phone number, the forms, the CRM handoff, the automations and the review routing before anything goes live.

The website and system launch
We point your domain at the new site and switch the systems on. Your old site keeps running right up to that moment.

A 20 minute launch call walks you through the platform on desktop and on your phone so you and your office staff know where everything sits.

Hosting, security, maintenance, reasonable website edits and ongoing support carry on every month you stay with us.
