There is no setup fee, no long term contract, and the standard delivery target is 7 to 10 business days.

Usage
How Usage Charges Work
- Your local business calling and texting number is included in the $295 monthly price.
- Calling, SMS, email and similar usage is covered by a fair use allowance that suits a normal contractor workload.
- We do not advertise unlimited calling or messaging. If your usage goes well beyond the allowance, the extra usage is rebilled at cost and we tell you before that happens.
- Paid advertising budgets are always paid directly to the ad platform and are never included.
What the fair use allowance covers
- Calls and call minutes made or received through your Grit number
- SMS and MMS messages sent and received, including automated follow up and campaign messages
- Email volume sent through the platform
- File, image and record storage inside your account
- Excessive campaign usage, such as repeatedly messaging very large lists beyond a normal contractor workload
- Third party charges passed through from carriers, messaging registries or other providers
- Abuse, spam, unsolicited messaging or any use that breaks carrier rules or applicable law, which we may suspend

What Happens After Signup
- 1Your first $295 payment is collected when you sign up.
- 2You receive the onboarding form straight away.
- 3The delivery clock starts when your onboarding information, logo and photos arrive.
- 4We build the website and configure your number, CRM, pipeline, automations and review routing.
- 5We test everything, then launch the website and hand over your web and mobile platform access.
Delivery Timeframe
The standard target is 7 to 10 business days from the day your onboarding information arrives. Larger sites, slow photo delivery or complex service area lists can push that out, and we tell you if that is the case rather than letting the date drift quietly.
We build the new site alongside your current one and switch over on launch day, so your existing website keeps working the whole time.
Cancellation
The plan is month to month. Cancel before your next renewal and you are not billed again. You keep your domain, your photos, your logo and your customer data, which we export for you on request.
The Grit website templates, platform access, automations and the Grit provided business number stop when the subscription stops. If you want to keep a number you have advertised, ask about porting it out before you cancel.
